Letter to unidentified recipient [manuscript], 1876 December 23.

In a letter, 1876, to "Sir," Francis Palgrave Turner gives recipient permission to print whatever poems he likes, but asks that he include "Thou that once" and encloses his wife's copy of the poem (not extant).
